Re: Missing languages (both text and commentary) over PC version FC25

The content is not helpful. I bought ultimate edition FC 25 for PS5, in the EA App it is clearly stated which are the supported languages, without giving evidence of any particular limitation, i.e. depending on the country where the game is bought (in the attached screenshot, in lingue (languages), no reference is made to this limitation).

EA must add the option to download TEXT(interface) language, I want it in Portuguese(Portugal) and not only Portuguese brasil ( Text language ).

There is a download for audio ( commentary language), but we need it to be a download option only for commentary!!!!

The same happened on FC 24 (no possibility of downloading text and even audio)

Hello Ea. You say we couldn't detect the problem. Are you kidding us? Hundreds of Turkish people bought the game from Steam early access for a lot of money. When they entered the game, there was no Turkish. There was no Turkish. There was no Turkish. Do you understand? You are kidding and saying that the players are at fault. The fault is STEAM and EA. Do you understand that? I paid a total of 90 dollars and bought the game from early access. However, you liars couldn't even provide proper Turkish language support. Hundreds of people from Turkey who bought it from early access don't have Turkish support. I guess I will have to sue you. A large compensation lawsuit will solve this. Stop kidding us!

So based on your last message, are we entitled then to request a Refund for misleading communication? or anyway to get the version of the game that accomodates for the languages we require?

EG: as I posted earlier, it states on the store when purchasing the game that ALL these languages are Avaliable. (This is directly buying over your OWN store - EA APP)

But then when we proceed to install the game, is limited by the "regional language avaliability" so, first this is a mistake on EA's side, and we should get a solution / compensation for this, as we do a purchase under the assumption that this is what we are getting, nowhere in the terms of purchase is stated that some languages might not be avaliable.



Big issue I see is that EA is not taking any responsibility here, have this been discussed internally or have any of you been given instructions on how to proceed? (eg: when contacting EA Support, i might not get a solution for this, because they will not understand the problem, and if we request a refund most likely it will be rejected).

What's the solution for our problem? because we do require A SOLUTION.

YOU DONT STATE ANYWHERE THE ACTUAL PRODUCT MIGHT DIFFER DUE TO REGIONAL LIMITATION.YOU MAKE BILLIONS OF DOALLARS BECAUSE OF US AND YOU CANNOT SIMPLY PUSH A PATCH??? THATS JUST SO PATHETIC TO GET THIS TREATMENT. BESIDES ALL THE BS HOW TO CHANGE COMMENTARY IS NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE AS YOU KNOW WHAT PLAYERS ARE FACING. SHAME ON YOU!!!

dont waste time and request for refund, if you even get it. @EA will not help to sort that anyways. i talked about exactly your issue to three different operators, they are all useless ad cannot help and their developer team gives a flying poop. since two years they scam players this way.

you just might want to move to that country you wish to play the language with ;-)

It is not fair from EA: in EA App it is not specify this limitation. If you read in the enclosed file, picture taken from EA App, all available languages are listed, without any indication to region limitation.

I was buy ea fc 25 in eaapp in Turkiye cuz I live in Turkiye, while I was downloading the game I was choose Turkish but there is not Turkish language in my game. Where is Turkish language? 

I ordered the game specifically from Germany so I could have it in German. This was not a problem with the FC 24 version, but every time I try to download the German language it states it is not available with code (FFFF005). Please fix this before May. I use the game in my German language classes after our testing is done for the year. It is a fun way for my students to practice German listening comprehension while learning about the Bundesliga and Austrian Bundesliga.
