I cannot locate many players in my team, all these items are untradeable, they are not on the quick recovery storage, and neither have been submitted in any SBC. Until now I can confirm that the following players are missing: Vicario 96, Bastoni 97, Adarabioyo (97~98 evo), Beckham (96), Kane (97), Zidane (96 evo), Temwa Chawinga (97), Ribery (96), Tabitha Chawinga (96), Hudlin (60), and I believe there is more that I cannot remember since I like to collect as many players I can, despite of their performance in game. You can check that on the 14 June 2025, I had all these players. Every week I invest many real world money to buy store packs and complete all players SBCs, as you can see my SBC Storage is full with high rated players to complete those SBCs. So, I'm sure that I have not used, and do not need to use any players from my main team in the SBCs. Every time a manage to speak to someone from EA FC25, the answer is always the same "we understand, but our team cannot do nothing about it, it will get fixed soon". While the case shows "in progress", after around 12 hours I have spoken to the EA employee I receive any email to post my problem on the EA forums bug section, and the case under the "My cases" section, show now "Resolved", but nothing was done and my players are still missing. I wonder if my account was hacked, and just in case I have changed my password, but I don't think is the case since all my coins (over 7 million) are still there and my FC points are also still there. Come on EA, do something about it. It is quite frustrating that I been grinding the game everyday for at least 4 hours, and although I'm not a very skilled player, I like to have the Items/players that I have worked for. Is just fair that one of your staff can look at the logs for 1 hour and re-instate all my missing items.
