@alex19980710 When it comes to missing content, you cannot have some player items missing and the rest of them still there. This has been proven by the studio to not be a thing that happens.

Any player items that are no longer on the account have to be used or sold on the account. If you cannot locate the content, you have to get in touch with live support and set up a case so they can go through the logs on the account.

  • I also have this issue its only the tradable players in my starting 11 that were tradable are missing and I haven't signed on to the game since the PlayStation network went down Monday 9/30/24 can anyone help me get my players back ?

  • I got the same issue. My crucial players are missing. Logged in today and son, van dijk and haaland are missing in my squad. They are nowhere to be found. Also packed van dijk yesterday again and tradable. So i have 2 van dijk’s(both tradable) missing, 1 son (tradable) and haaland(untradable) missing. 

  • your reply doesnt make sense if the issue is happening to multiple people and not just 1 person

    @Thiagobrazill @Skillz1801 You would still need to reach out to support. Community Managers do not handle missing content as we are not live support.

    @DarkKnight29102 It actually does when the forums is not the correct place to report missing content. This is a live support issue not a forums issue.

    Good day, 

    I've been having issues with my squad for over a week now. I play seasons and I'm in division 1, I use Mancity , in my squad management all players are complete and captured but when the game kicks off , I find out that Haaland is missing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled my game but the same thing occurred . I don't know what to do   I would appreciate a swift response from your team to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and looking forward to your response .

    Well I’ve got every player I’ve paid for missing and even those on the transfer list have gone as well as my 350+k and left me with 5800coins and the only players I have left are untradeable so yes some can disappear while some don’t.

    It's happen to me 6 players just vanished i got intouch with ea and all i got back was it's not fixable there a joke

    I am also experiencing this, I find out mbappe and vinicious are no where to be found on the field

     I cannot locate many players in my team, all these items are untradeable, they are not on the quick recovery storage, and neither have been submitted in any SBC. Until now I can confirm that the following players are missing: Vicario 96, Bastoni 97, Adarabioyo (97~98 evo), Beckham (96), Kane (97), Zidane (96 evo), Temwa Chawinga (97), Ribery (96), Tabitha Chawinga (96), Hudlin (60), and I believe there is more that I cannot remember since I like to collect as many players I can, despite of their performance in game. You can check that on the 14 June 2025, I had all these players. Every week I invest many real world money to buy store packs and complete all players SBCs, as you can see my SBC Storage is full with high rated players to complete those SBCs. So, I'm sure that I have not used, and do not need to use any players from my main team in the SBCs. Every time a manage to speak to someone from EA FC25, the answer is always the same "we understand, but our team cannot do nothing about it, it will get fixed soon". While the case shows "in progress", after around 12 hours I have spoken to the EA employee I receive any email to post my problem on the EA forums bug section, and the case under the "My cases" section, show now "Resolved", but nothing was done and my players are still missing. I wonder if my account was hacked, and just in case I have changed my password, but I don't think is the case since all my coins (over 7 million) are still there and my FC points are also still there. Come on EA, do something about it. It is quite frustrating that I been grinding the game everyday for at least 4 hours, and although I'm not a very skilled player, I like to have the Items/players that I have worked for. Is just fair that one of your staff can look at the logs for 1 hour and re-instate all my missing items.
