Same man i logged into the eafc25 web app thinking i was going to get my 4600 points as well as origin hero pack and I dint receive it, neither did I receive the 81+—7 player pack out of the 99 rated evolutions from fc24

It has absolutely nothing to do with that because I still don't have my rewards either and the game has fully launched.

Me to I pre preordered  at19th September I got my fc point but I didn’t get the hero pack idk preordered the game just for hero pack like idk why it’s like this idk what this game wants from me 

I purchased the ultimate pre order edition and I didn't receive the packs and points 

I don't have any of the pre order ultimate edition rewards and have been playing for a day or 2

i got the points but not the hero
