this has happened to me every time too. when will we be refunded?

Hopefully will get some sort of compensation for this. Happy and sad I’m not the only one facing this. Waiting on some solution soon.

ive chosen 15k coins to be safe both times even though it said bundled reward but i havent gotten any aswell

Seems like it is happening to many people right now. Hopefully we get a solution and better be a decent compensation for this

Same here, 30.000 coins that I Lost.

two Times not getting the 15.000 coins prize from the Bundle. 

How Will we be compensated? 30.000 coins its a lot. I AM a free to play player. 

This has happened to me to on ps5 I choose the coins and it give me something completely different I wanted the coins to get a new player a hope they give me my coins 

Me too. Literally just done the 2nd bundle there and again it screwed me over

Same i want compensation for this i have video proof i select coins but get the pack

The video proof would be great. See if you can reach out to agent, share a link to this forum and whether you can provide the video proof. I’ve spoken to them but I only had image proof but a video proof would make this get solved faster I think. 

I've also twice chosen coin rewards not recieved them think 8k and 15k will I get them at some point

Same! Two times in both pack reward on rivals season didnt receive coins! Any solution?

Constantly missing my coins rewards… thats prob now over 100,000 coins ive not received on completions!! 

who do i  contact???     Sick of this… bought top package months ago when it came out and never got the premium bundle with beckham and have had constant issues since i bought the game and ive spent maybe £700 on points since too!!  SHOCKING !!! No customer support at all! 

I keep missing coins in the new Season Pass bundled rewards. It's the third time in a row.
I even recorded it this time.

This is extremely annoying. FIX THIS BUG AND REFUND ME MY COINS.
