No you will need to restart ur CM 

Please add the kits, they are STILL missing. I want to play. 

@EA_Darko  we are still waiting for the 3rd kit for major clubs like United, Barcelona, PSG etc.

I wanted to start manager with Barcelona or Man United but there is no sense to start it without a third kit.

So silly of me to get my hopes up that EA would add all these third kits on the recent update.

Why would they bother to do that? They already have our money so they don't give a toss. Spend full price and don't get a full game in return... Congrats EA. 

New update and STILL NO 3rd kits 😡

Looks like some of the kits have finally been added! Chelsea and United are there but nothing for Barca yet. 

In the EPL Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Man United now have their third strips. Aston Villa still doesn't have theirs and neither does half of the Spanish/French/Italian clubs.

Aston Villa is a dissapointment for sure; Premier League complete, except the one club, and Portman Road. However, seven clubs in other leagues did receive new third kits yesterday: Monaco and Strasbourg in France, Roma and Udinese in Italy, and Athletic Club Bilbao, Real Betis, and Celta de Vigo (huge surprise, has not had a third kit, since FIFA 19 or FIFA 20), in Spain. Expecting another round of eight to ten more clubs in Title Update 4, although, likely three weeks to a month away...

still no 3rd kit for PSG or Barca. 🤦🏻‍♂️ 

Have heard similar information, although mainly for Portman Road, not confirmation of additional third kits, however, am also expecting the new options for Aston Villa, Barcelona, PSG, and perhaps others from Ligue 1 McDonalds, Sporting CP, Real Sociedad, and Rayo Vallecano. Unfortunately, have to wait until Thursday (10/31) morning for the download package, then squad update later in the evening for the release of Title Update 4, instead of tomorrow or Wednesday, similar to updates in the past.

Yes, can confirm a number of third kits added in just the past hour through a squad update. Manchester City fourth alternate kit option a huge surprise, although, none of the fourth kits options for clubs in the Bundesliga were included in the update. Additionally, still no third kit options for Rayo Vallecano, Real Sociedad, Sporting CP, or any clubs in Serie A (Venezia jersey sponsor added, but not third kit) , or French Ligue 1 McDonalds, apart from Nice. As for Portman Road, the stadium is accessible in both Kick Off matches, and is the default for career mode saves. One aspect that I noticed from prior Title Update stadium implementations after the initial game release, the game must be terminated after the squad update download back to the console dashboard, then restarted for the stadium to appear, as the default when starting a new career.

New update now has Torino's third kit. Also when going to edit Stadium names, Ipswich Town still has a generic name/stadium. It should have been in by now.
