Same but I can’t even open the evo tab now after collecting it. Whenever I open evo tab my game crashes

It's so sad how people are too lazy even just to take a few seconds to search for something on this game, while instead reverting to sending in a complaint, since I knew right away while reading OP's post that they likely didn't even check the cosmetics section so come on now, grow up, and be better then that.
Everyone not looking are lazy yes, but I looked and it's still not there??
- @ST54KER Did you checked using App or in game? Did you completed objective and redeem token? Can you please attach some screenshot or video clip of where exactly you are looking?

Logged out and back in after 6 and it's there now 🙂
Your comment is useless, that’s sad. The guy just could not find where it is, what’s sad on that or what’s wrong with that. EA was happy to answer. Perhaps you are a sad person.
@sanket_360 there is the screen shoot, i have the same problem i just have the toty evo star II and at the same time i got free zidane but i dont have the evo for that too. my account name is CroVze, i would be happy if i can get some help

- @CroVze Evo star and Zidane Evo are 2 different things. Do not mix up. Zidane evo is given to those accounts who are eligible as club members. If you are a club member and still have not received zidane evo, then contact EA help.

I checked cosmetic and quick sell recovery yet I can’t find it
