  1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
  2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
  3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
  4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
  5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

Minimum
OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
Memory - 8GB
Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
Direct X - 12
Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps
Hard Drive Space - 100 GB

    @EA_Barry are you being funny mate? This is not a hardware issue, i could literally host better servers than what you at EA do.

    Now please bring some actual useful advice / tips and tricks to try to fix this.

    Its Fifa 23 1st gen Ryzen incident all over again. yall devs taking a month and a half to optimise the game for a group of processors, this 2 months after the "finished game" is released. you disgust me


    Just to note. The integrity of my windows is very much ensured. clean boot does nothing, no conflicting background apps

    Can we get an update on this all steps did not fix the issue. I have spent more time trying to fix/play this game than actually play it. Its an absolute joke.
