Re: my PS5 console turns off when I play fc25

Ma console est bien a l'air libre, pas renfermé ! Ma console a été nettoyer à l'intérieur du ventilateur etc... le câble d'alimentation à été changer par un câble neuf et la console s'éteint toujours quand je joue à FC25 et sur les autres jeu sa ne le fait pas 

On es 2 dans le même cas ses inadmissible qu'un gros jeu comme FC25 fasse se genre de problème sur une ps5 en sachant le prix du jeu et en espérant que sa ne grille pas la ps5 avec leur problème...

Its not, as ive done all these problems. So it means FC25 is causing it to overheat if thats the case as no other game causes the issue

J’ai le même problème avec le jeu que ça soit en carrières ou sur UT en marche ou dans les menus, ça coupe sans arrêt. 

j’ai d’abord acheté la version CD ou j’ai découvert ce bug, qui abime la console. J’ai donc acheté une seconde fois le jeu mais en version numérique à 79,99€ soit 149,00€ pour un jeu que ne fonctionne pas, car j’ai encore le même problème… 

J’ai nettoyé la PlayStation dans tout les sens regardé pleins de vidéos sur mes éventuels problèmes, mais toujours pas de solution. Pourtant ma PlayStation n’a aucun problème je fait tourner très facilement RedDead Redemption, Elden Ring ou Battlefield 2042. 

Bref si il y a une autre éventuelle solution je suis preneur.

Hi guys, I’m experiencing the exact same thing but on my Xbox series x. Xbox support & ea do not help in the slightest, they are just saying it’s an overheating problem when we all know it’s not. They are both refusing a refund for a game that is unplayable 

My console keeps shutting down whenever I load FC25. And I have uninstall & reinstall twice now. What is the solution? 

We need an answer!!! 

have you disconnected the fan, removed it and fully cleaned it aswell as all the vents inside and outside? just blowing on the fans is not sufficient. i fully clean mine once a month.

ITS NOT HE GAME!!! THE PS5 IS OVERHEATING! this happens to me also and everytime it ever has happened I have given my PS5 a full clean inside and out. removed the fan and used a tooth brush to get all the dust out of it including the metal vents inside the ps6 which get blocked with dust! 

Soon has i have done this my PS5 plays FC25 perfectly.

I don't think it's the PS5 because I just got a brand new one, needed one with disk drive. No other game is causing the shutdown except FC25. All software is up to date.

edit - tried the setting changes, hdmi, power... BIG fail EA 🤨

Is this issue still not resolved? I am experiencing the exact same issue. All other games fine but just EAFC 25. Cannot play more than 1 game without it just randomly switching off the console and only restarted with power boot on and off. 

This does not solve the issue and you know it. This issue doesn’t happen with any other game except FC25

I have the same problem, FC25 externally, including Blackops6, PS5, which has no problems at all, FC25 shuts down suddenly, it does not work again unless the power cable is plugged in.

This is happening to me too. My 3 months old ps5 overheats and turns off only when I play fc25. I run Spiderman which heavier and consumes more ram...never overheats. EA fix your game. My lord!

This can't be the solution because heavier games don't overheat and turn off the ps5. Only fc25 does that. 

No. I have a new console and every other game runs smoothly. Including Spiderman 2 which is heavier. Fc 25 is only game that causes my ps5 to overheat

I can't even get through a game anymore. Have done a full clean. PS5 is in a ventilated area...infuriating.
