Unable to obtain Bundles from Seaon 1 Total Rush

Hi All

First time posting on this forum - hey!

I wanted to ask other FC 25 players whether they have encountered the same hitch as me?

For Season 1 (Total Rush) - I have been able to obtain my rewards for each level expect for the bundles? Whenever I unlocked a bundle ( e.g - bundles containing the 15,000 coins amongst other add-ons for pro clubs) , whilst they have been redeemed automatically - I have not recieved any of the coins / items. I've had no issurs with any of the other items across the season. 

Has this happened to anybody else - and if so , how can we go about claming these rewards?
