I received an unfair and contradictory ban from EA.
Hello EA,
I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, as I truly feel that I’ve been treated unfairly.
On my previous account, a global ban was placed due to a chargeback while purchasing FC Points. I did everything I could to fix the situation, but nothing worked. I’ve come to terms with that, and I’m not here to revisit it.
What’s deeply upsetting me now is the ban I received in FC25. Initially, I was told it was due to verbal abuse and disturbing other players. Yet, every time I try to appeal, I’m told that I was banned for illegal coin trading, bot usage, or cheating — which simply isn’t true.
This inconsistency from EA has left me both confused and disappointed. I want to be clear: I’ve never used any third-party software or applications — only the official EA Companion App. That’s the whole truth.
FC25 is coming to an end soon. All I ask is for a chance to leave this behind and move forward — even if that means keeping the ban only in FC25.
I’ve loved this game for years, and it means a lot to me. Please understand where I’m coming from.
