Re: Playing with direction buttons issue / URGENT

Hello, as an Ultimate Edition owner, I am writing for a solution to something I have experienced and had a serious problem with. When using the directional buttons as a directional command, the player lifts the ball into the air and we are forced to play with the analog. This only happens when I press the UP directional button. It really makes the game unplayable. Such command not only affects movement, as it will overwrite passes and shots in that specific direction as well. I request this to be resolved asap please.

Same issue. @EAsports you have to fix this! Many of us play only with the directional buttons!

Agree, but apparently they have acknowledged this and are looking into it. Hopefully wont take too long….

1. Go to settings
2. Select "Customize controls"
3. Then modify any button to create a new custom preset automatically
4. Save changes

If you play on STEAM, and steps above fail, try this aditionally:
Disable steam input via steam in-game settings, or terminating the steam process via task manager.
When the controller isn't working, simply turn the PC Bluetooth off and then on. Return to the game, turn your controller on.

To disable Steam input for a specific game, you can do the following:
1. Open Steam
2. Click the Library button
3. Select the game you want to disable Steam input for
4. Click the Manage Game button on the left 5. Click the Controller Options button on the left
6. Select Forced Off under the Steam Input Per-Game Setting dropdown
7. Click OK

Awful that we have laid for ealry access and the D-Pad situation is still occurring. EA SORT THIS ISSUE STRAIGH AWAY.

It's very frustrating am having same problem. Guess I would have to stop playing Fc25 until it fixed. In its current form it's not playable.

I have same issue. The game is completely unplayable for me right now as I do not know to use analog.
