    Issue Resolved!

    - Many players reported this issue from regions where the game was not yet available.
    - Some players found that VPN settings were causing the problem.
    - Creating a new Windows admin account also helped some players.

try exiting out of EA Play Pro, then booting it back up and see if that works.
