I'm having a problem with disconnections in squad battles. It's happened suddenly in the middle of the last three games in a row, even though my internet is working fine. The same thing keeps happening when I play Rivals.
Because of these disconnects, I'm losing points and can't get to Elite. You really need to fix your servers.
Small suggestion - If you are playing on Wi-Fi, then switch to a wired connection. This will improve your connection.
Thank you for the reply. I am already using a wired connection, so the disconnections must be due to something else.
Actually, just yesterday this issue happened frequently for more than 5 games. Usually, it only happens for one game every month.
Could somebody guide me on how to chat with EA customer service, not an AI?
