Re: Unable to buy FC points via Web app - PlayStation - "error":"invalid_request"

Has anyone else purchased FC points but not claimed them in the game? I want to check if this issue occurs when you try to make another purchase while still having unclaimed points.

@EA_Pulsar I have purchased twice and the points still do not show up.

When the web app authenticates against the ea store, it is able to perform this sync, but if it cannot authenticate it will not be able to do this - that is the problem. The problem is with the oauth configuration somewhere.

Sorry mate, but I think the problem is not how players proceed when buying coins.
Root problem is if we want to buy coins via companion web app, we are getting only auth error between companion and ps store. It also worked the other way around, when you bought coins on the ps website, so after clicking on the + in the top right of the companion app, they were added to your account.
