Redeemed code for Fifa Points in FC25 and they aren't in game after 3 days.
Was gifted a code for Fifa Points which I redeemed on the Xbox store on 11/27.
Logged out and back in, to both my Xbox and EA account. Restarted my console multiple times.
Was told it would take up to 72 hrs to show in game. It has now been 4 days.
Reached out to Microsoft support and after confirming the code was correctly redeemed, they told me to reach out to EA...
Have not been able to start a case or chat to fix the issue.
