Redeemed code for Fifa Points in FC25 and they aren't in game after 3 days.

Was gifted a code for Fifa Points which I redeemed on the Xbox store on 11/27. Logged out and back in, to both my Xbox and EA account. Restarted my console multiple times. Was told it would take up...

Hey @BobbyToth Are you sure that the FC points code you received was for FC 25 points and not FC 24? Players often mix this up when purchasing points.

    Turns out my friend is an idiot. Good to know the points didn't disappear into the ether.

    If I already transferred my fifa points at the start of FC25, how do I prompt a transfer?
