REMOVE BAN Case #193792100
So i have open a case cuz i got banned from online eafc 25 and i opened the case in 1 / 11 / 2024 and still no reply until now so i want to know how much it will take to reply to my case and unbanned me

If you have already sent a dispute, your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com about your case within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you further details about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake
