Repeated Weekend League Disconnections – Unfair Losses Despite Stable Connection
Dear EA Sports Support,
I am experiencing connection issues while playing Weekend League (Champions) in EA FC 25. At 12:40 AM Perth Time, I was in a winning position when I got disconnected with the message:"You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers." However, I immediately tested my internet connection, and it was completely stable. Download Speed: 94.3 Mbps Upload Speed: 22.7 MbpsNAT Type: Type 2 PSN Connection: Successful
This is not the first time this has happened. I have now lost four matches (all leading goals and in winning position ) unfairly due to disconnections, despite having a good internet connection. This significantly impacts my Weekend League ranking and rewards.
I kindly request assistance in investigating this issue and would appreciate any possible compensation for the unfair losses. I have attached screenshots of the error message and my internet test results as proof.
