Repeated Weekend League Disconnections – Unfair Losses Despite Stable Connection

Dear EA Sports Support,

I am experiencing connection issues while playing Weekend League (Champions) in EA FC 25. At 12:40 AM Perth Time, I was in a winning position when I got disconnected with the message:"You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers." However, I immediately tested my internet connection, and it was completely stable. Download Speed: 94.3 Mbps Upload Speed: 22.7 MbpsNAT Type: Type 2 PSN Connection: Successful

This is not the first time this has happened. I have now lost four matches (all leading goals and in winning position ) unfairly due to disconnections, despite having a good internet connection. This significantly impacts my Weekend League ranking and rewards.

I kindly request assistance in investigating this issue and would appreciate any possible compensation for the unfair losses. I have attached screenshots of the error message and my internet test results as proof.

Same thing is happening to me every week on PS5, but somehow only when I’m about to win, the opponent rage quits and then this error or CE 108255-1 and loss for me. It has become unplayable. The error persists from November and there is still no fix. I’ve lost so many games that should have been wins for me because of this.

Yes I have also noticed that it’s happening especially when you are winning and it’s so annoying 😣

Do you just disconnect or is it a blue screen error? Because I just got 3 blue screens and I lost 3 games of my champs because of it

It just disconnects and when I connect again it works instantly and again disconnects when ever I am leading and winning in fut champs.

Welcome to the club bro...i am having same issue pretty much. Starting WL with like 5:0 / 6:0 THEN magic starts to happen. I am starting match ping is 4ms, then it jumps just like that to 40ms, my players can do nothing, i am loosing 4:0. Ping goes back to 4ms, i score 6 goals, then ping jumps agaun to 40 and i loose 7:6. All the time wheb its even, i am getting back ping goes up, i concede few goals, and then when i am not able to anything anymore (like 80+ minute) ping goes back to 4 ms...and then my WL is 5:4 / 6:6 etc. Its riddicoulus. I am literally loosing not cause of my skills, but just the game says "nope rhat guys needs to win". What is even more frustratung when u clearly see opponent plays nothing....my last fifa this year

I'm facing same issue in the past week.
Difficulties in starting up, sometimes it's just a blank screen.
Frozen screen in Lobby pages, evolution, stores...
It keeps showing EA server issues
Companion app can not log in
Game crashes more than 50% of the matches showing disconnection.
I'm using LAN cable, my other games like Call of duty are fine, doesn't crash, only FC25
I have reset my router, change between wifi and LAN, still happen.
