Reporting a hacker

I have an open ticket for this complaint, but I have not received a response. This weekend I was playing Fut Champions and I was 12 wins 1 loss, I was getting ready to play game 14 and in the 88th minute when I was winning, the rival paused, disconnected and did not give the victory. This is something that has been happening for about a year with some users who use some technique to not give you victory, the match does not count as played. Then I look for a match again and I find a rival whose team was all bronze and silver players, but when the match started the players were other (much more expensive and the best in the game), when the match started he wouldn't let me move my players, my goalkeeper was not in the goal and the rival scored, then he paused and closed the game for me. This is clearly the work of a hacker and it is very disappointing to see it happen in fut champions. Finally, I re-enter ultimate team, I look for the last match and in minute 4 the EA servers go down and I lose in the match. This was my first day of fut champions in the new eafc25, I hope you can help me with this case, I leave evidence of the case.
