Request to Reactivate My Account!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the reactivation of my account ([edit: email address removed]), which was banned due to an issue related to FIFA 15.
I recently purchased EA Sports FC 25 and would love to get back into the game.
Since the ban was a long time ago, I kindly ask you to consider lifting it.
If there’s any information or action needed from my side to resolve this, please let me know. Additionally, I am a subscriber to EA Access.
