Rewards not received

Have any of you guy got a blank screen at the rewards section after the recent Rival's and Champions qualifying stage, had to close and re-open the game, only to notice your rewards have not been given to you...can EA please rectify this dilemma and ease my frustration and any other person this could be an issue for.
