I didn't get both of my level 34 season pass rewards, it says claimed but I can't seem to find them. Any solutions?

How can you be so high level already ?
level 20 gives you 10000sp, you go up very fast this season, I don't even play that much.
Okay. Do you do all the manager and player objectives also or do you only play fut ?
Mostly fut, when I have the time I do the manager objectives while watching youtube or something
