Robbed of champs wins

I'm playing fut champs. I'm 4-3 and I've won my last 2 games so should be 6-3. Both games have gone the full 90 minutes I then get taken out of ultimate team log back in and get the seems like you disconnected from the ultimate team servers. I'm no 4-5 instead and I've been robbed out of my 2 wins, I can't contact ea by live chat either how do I resolve this.
