Same Anticheat problem in FC25 and FC24 EA Javelin Anticheat (41)

Hi. For a second day already im working to repair Javelin Error. EA Javelin Anticheat (41).

What I have already done:

-Re-downloaded the game
-Re-downloaded EA App
-Re-downloaded Javelin, repaired it, uninstalled on all games
-Javelin, EA App, Steam and both games open as Administrator
-Uninstalled all different anti-cheats
-Allowed Secure Boot in BIOS
-All folders allowed in Windows Antivirus
-Starting game from Steam
-Starting game from EA App
-Restarting computer

Last time I was playing FC like a year ago, and everything was fine. I'm currently scaning my whole PC to find any viruses, but as i have more then 5TB of data, it will take a few hours. I'm just running out of ideas at this point.
