Same FC25 Ultimate team on PC as on my my PS5

Question

Hello,Ive played FC25 Ultimate team for a while now and I finally bought a PS5 to continue my journey there istead.However, will I have the same "team" on UT when I use the same EA account on my PS5, or do I have to restart all over again? Its loads and loads of hours ive put in to it.BR

In EA FC cross-progression is available if you’re playing on the same platform.
For example, you can carry over all of your progress from PlayStation® 4 to PlayStation® 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, but not from PlayStation® to Xbox or PC.&nbsp;
