Error CE-108255-1 Help please

I try everything to solve this problem. I reset PS5 ... I log out from PS5 user and log out UT FC25

And I log on FC25 companion user. I delete all lineup

and i created new one

after that, I logged out. install FC25 again in PS5

then, after one hour i log in to FC25 in PS5. try to play ultimate team then in the match get crash. 

problem not solved.

please help

  • Hello I purchased ea fc 25 since about 10 month from about 2weeks the game crashes when I go to sbc or rewards and cosmetics the app is closed ad give me error CE-108255-1 I have ps 5 I tried every thing to an extent if resettled my ps but I noticed that this crash only occurs in fc app and all is up to date please help me I can’t play 

  • I’ve been facing a recurring crash issue in FIFA 25 on PS5, specifically while playing Manager Career Mode. The game has crashed 7–8 times today alone, and I keep getting the same error: CE-108255-1

    I’ve already submitted several in-game reports with video evidence, but the problem still exists. It completely ruined my day off, I couldn’t enjoy the game at all. Is there a fix coming soon? And I’d also like to request compensation, as this issue has really impacted my experience.

    Hello,

    I’m an Italian player and I’m having a persistent issue with EA Sports FC 25 on PlayStation 5. The game crashes immediately with error CE-108255-1, but only when I try to enter Ultimate Team.

    All other modes (Clubs, Career, etc.) work perfectly. Also, if I log in with a different PSN account on the same console, the game works without any issues — so the problem is clearly linked to my EA profile or Ultimate Team data.

    I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Rebuilt the PS5 database in Safe Mode
    • Deleted all saved data from the console
    • Restored licenses

    I have not yet deleted/reinstalled the game or cleared the cache.

    The issue still happens only with my primary account and only in Ultimate Team.

    Please check and reset or repair my Ultimate Team cloud profile, as it may be corrupted.

    Hey w_daaanq17​,

    You posted on the Italian FC 25 boards, but I moved your thread to the English boards. Please review our guidelines to find the right language board for your post.

    In the meantime, please delete the corrupt data following this guide, including the Personal Settings 1 and the squad updates, as they are sometimes involved in issues with accessing UT. 

    It might also help if you log in using the Companion app or the Web app, delete your active squad from there, and set up a new one before logging in to UT on your console again.
