save file delete

I was playing the online rush mode, I entered a new match and suddenly it kicked me out of the game When I entered the game again, there was no save file.

If you mean there was no profile, just create a new one.

When the game starts, we select the record list, as you know, it was deleted, so I created a new record because it was deleted. When I open the new save, it starts from the beginning as if I just bought the game.
