What platform do you play on, and what subscription is it saying that you need to have?

Series xs and it’s saying I need 14.99 one but Ave already got 10.99 one which Ave never had an issue with before.

Could you share a screenshot of what you're getting exactly, please. And just in case, could you check that byour current subscription is still actually active?

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 25 on Xbox Series S.
My console is set as the home Xbox for a friend’s account that has Game Pass Ultimate active.
All Game Pass games work, including EA Play titles, and I can access Rush and Volta online just fine.
But Rivals mode is locked, showing a message to subscribe to Game Pass — even though it’s already active and shared properly.
It was working normally yesterday, and I haven’t changed anything.
I’ve already:
- Reinstalled the game
- Cleared local data
- Logged in both accounts
- Tried offline mode
- Synced licenses
- Checked forums (including this one)
Nothing works. Looks like an EA-side bug with account/session verification.
