I have the same Delay and L1/R1 problem.
I stopped doing SBCs because of it, So annoying!
It's so annoying, i also stopped playing fc anymore. Such a bad game. It's the worst game i've ever played in my life. There's no help and support, no joy on gameplay just money. FC 24 was way much better but thats it. Good luck to the remaining.
