Season 10 Rewards Ladder - Level 32: Finesse Shot+

I recently claimed the season 10 rewards at level 32 for Finesse Shot + and added it to a player who only had 3 PS+’s (Quickstep+, Technical+ & Incisive+). This was around 10pm CST last night. Immediately, it wouldn’t show up. I was patient and decided to wait until today.. upon logging in at 6pm CST, the player I used it on is still not showing the Finesse+ on his player card, and looking in the PlayStyle tab, it’s still only showing as a regular PlayStyle which he already had. I performed the evolution on my PS5, but I’ve included pictures from the companion app
