I've did the sbc master and utimate provider tasks but after complete them, the Season 7 weekly play completionist objective reward aré shown as claimed but i didn't, so i don't hace the x1 93+ x5 EFIGS TOTS Players Pack (Untradeable)

What can i do to fix this?
