Season 8 weekly completionist issues
Not only do I have THREE Kogel cards through repetition, I completed the third one to supposedly get a 2 player pack but surprise, surprise it was only a one player pack.
what is EA going to do about that?

I believe the third completion reward is 1× shapeshifters (team 2) player pack, it is intended to only have one player in it. As for duplicates, it happens to all of us, and though it can be frustrating, the lower rated promo players have much greater drop rates than the highest rated ones. So they are to be expected in most guaranteed packs.
