unable to start the game due to javelin
I am on PC and the game was working all fine until Monday. It appears when I launch the game it will take forever to load javelin and eventually shut down the splash screen and return to EA app.
The only way I can play the game is to go offline and launch the game, which the game is working all fine without any issues.
I have done many suggestions online and re-installed my window with no other app installed and the problems remains where I can't get pass javelin screen if I am connected to the internet.
Please can you advise how I can fix this?
ok, i found the issue - it was the roueter firewall that has blocked javelin. I have boardband provider router and it looks like they decided to block javelin to run the update.
All you have to do it turn off the router's firewall.
I can start playing again.
