Season objectives currently unavailable

My fc season pass has been unavailable since the start of the game even though I bought the £80 ultimate edition pre order 

Whenever I load up into ultimate team I can’t gain SP (xp) in any way and whenever I go into objectives and go to seasonal track it says the season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression to your season pass. I’ve tried everything. Re downloading the game closing the game and opening it again. If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me. 

By the way I’m on playstation 5

I don’t have access to the ea fc 25 season pass. I simply can’t view the season pass neither do i get rewards from it. It kinda sucks to miss out on so many rewards.

Same is there a fix for this problem as it’s part of the game I feel we missing out and should be compensated 

same story. pass has not worked once. Is there a refund on the game since its not working properly?
