Season point booster 1500fp

So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens.

now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item

I think i know which discussion you're talking about, they had a moderator ask for tags and date of purchase and stuff. I also bought the pack and can't claim the pack inside. This game is bs
