SERVER ISSUE! Champions Legacy Rewards

I am playing Champs this weekend in Ultimate Team and the final whistle blew ending the game.  Rather than taking me to the match results, the server crashed and kicked me out of Ultimate Team.  With being kicked out and the game not counting even though it was finished, I am going to miss out on the Team of the Season: Champions Legacy rewards.  Does anyone have any way to get this fixed or to contact EA?  This is ridiculous how many rewards I've missed this season because of errors like this in the game.
