EA,

At what point do you have to give a refund because your game doesn't work?

Since the latest update my menus constantly freeze, I disconnect from games and food luck ever completing an SBC.

And I don't want the rubbish that it's my broadband provider since every other game works fine and runs perfectly.

UFL is out in a few days. If you haven't fixed it you'll be losing a customer of many years because this is an embarrassment.
