Server issue

Dear EA Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a long-time player of the FIFA / EA Sports FC franchise, currently residing in Istanbul, Turkey, and I would like to respectfully request the consideration of establishing a new EA game server in Turkey or a nearby region (such as Greece, Bulgaria, or Romania).

Currently, most players in Turkey are routed to servers located in Frankfurt or Milan, which generally provide a ping of 40–60 ms. However, due to the increasing player base in Turkey and surrounding countries, even small fluctuations in latency can have a significant impact on online gameplay—especially in competitive modes such as Ultimate Team, Division Rivals, and Champions.

Many Turkish players are reporting high engagement, strong infrastructure (e.g., fiber connections), and the desire for more stable and low-latency experiences. A closer server would:

• Reduce average latency to around 15–25 ms,
• Improve competitive fairness for players in this region,
• Enhance connection stability and matchmaking quality.

Turkey has a strong and growing gaming community, and many players feel a nearby server would be a valuable investment in both player satisfaction and long-term engagement.
