Setting up FC25 on a PC

Good afternoon, is there a more detailed setup for the 5600x -3060 gtx? If you have a 3060, can you attach a screenshot of the Nvidia and FC panel? Disable FreeSyncc on the monitor? LG 144hz monitor. I have 144 fps stable in online matches, but the gameplay is not smooth, the game mode is enabled in windows.
