Something went wrong with this game or app

When I start a rivals in the ultimate game  on my ps5 it dont start and a message of something went wrong with this game or app also sometimes it get me out of matches and I lose my position and also...

Probably opponent has TOTY cosmetic evo in his squad and because od this game crash.
