Sqaud battle constant error after scoring

For god's sake help me.
For the last 8 weeks ive been having the same issue over and over again, while playing sqaud battles and particularly after scoring goals the game disconnects and a screen pops up saying an error has occurred.. i report that many time through the report option on the screen but nothing changes..
Every bloody week this happens to at least 2 games . Some weeks up to 4 games, and when that happens ofcourse the game understands that i left so the make me the loser and give me 0 point.. everyweek i am shy 1000-2000 points from the elite 3 reward. (Once i was just 1000 shy of the elite 2 rewards) because there would 2 games that o got 0 points for becuase of this although i would be winning... for gods sake do something. Only happens at sqaud battles which is what i play because i dont have the time to keep grinding in rivals or champions.. i win 1 out of every 10 games there because i am not that big of a player.
