Squad battle crash while playing and lost points

I am really disappointed as i lost my progress in squad battles as the game crashes in the last minutes of the game and the game record it as loss and i lost games that i used xavi as a loan player to finish the objectives I need compensation regarding that crashes as it made me lose all my progress there I already report it within playstation once it crashed
