Squad battle game crashed

So i was playing squad battles on legendary when i scored a goal and got a message that the game crashed. I immediatly sent out the report with the screenshot on my ps5. I want my match reset pls. Or get compensation. I always end up in elite 1, which is now impossible to get , cause i miss out on circa 2500 points.... and no i didnt played a lot of matches in a short time. I know the typical questions youre gonna ask. I want my match back or compensation. It was YOUR game crashing. Not mine.
