Squad Battle Keeps Crashing

As you can see in the FC 25 Tracker, the crashing issue after a goal is scored is a known issue.
We are currently working on a fix.
EA_Hux - but we've (I've) lost a ton of ranking points, which means I've been a Gold 2 or lower, instead of Gold 1 or Elite.
This isn't fair. This is real, hard money (tradeable player packs).
And it's been going on all year. I've torn my rig (computer) apart. I've reinstalled. I've repaired. I've changed RAM.
And the answer is "working on a fix"? After we've paid HUNDREDS of dollars this year - and thousands over the years - to EA?
