Squad battles crashing again!!!!

Keep getting this message when playing. Does anyone know how I can be compensated for the points? I’ve lost? This has happened over a over again and I’ve sent emails that I’ve been ignored I will not be buying EAFC ever again. This year has been the worst game I’ve ever played. I’m disgusted to be a member of the company I i’m very fair when judging games and this one has been horrendous with problems after problems I’ve totally lost enjoyment of the game and for the first time in many many years I will not be buying another one as sad as it is I’m sick to death with the treatment from EA. All they treat you as is a number and not a customer

  • Same problem. First time I was playing team of the week. No big deal... play the game again and get the points. But four or five times now in a regular squad battles game... so you get a big fat 0, less than a defeat, even though they have a report showing a failure of either hardware or more likely software (never had this in rivals or champs despite playing those way more).

    No response to reports. Add in the servers being unavailable for some time most weekends recently and this game is starting to stink worse that ever.
