stop deleting my post and fix my game

im trying again because someone keep deleting my post, the game keeps flashing, and blinking, it destroys my eyes, I have contacted support several times who always give me the same instructions, the same useless posts on your site, none of them work, so it's been 2 weeks that I can't play a game that I paid for normally, and instead of helping me, technical support asks me to contact the forum moderators who tell me to contact technical support, are you making fun of your customers?
