stuck in Fetching multiplayer roster updates
hi In the EA FC 25 game ultimate, I encounter the following error, and it gets stuck: "Fetching multiplayer roster updates." Can you help?

@miladalkasif I have the same issue for about 2 days now. Takes multiple attempts to even get into Ultimate Team. I tried EA Help but they’re not very helpful
