stuck on the loading screen

tried varies troubleshoot uninstalled and installed it works everytime i uninstall ea anticheat and restart my pc but after trying different troubleshoot and and reinstalling the game i am now again here stuck on the loading screen ! if anyone knows a fix please let me know i am stuck at splash screen ..dx  diag in attachments

    saw multiple people having this problem and ea still not fixing it not expected from a 70 dollar game! free to play game have more integrity
