Subject: Connection Issue in FC 25 – Players Freeze and Disconnect Message
Hello EA Support,
I am facing a serious connection issue in FC 25 that I have not been able to solve, even after trying every possible solution.
My internet connection is stable, and my ping is always below 35ms. However, whenever I start an online match in Ultimate Team or any other online mode, the players freeze within the first few seconds of the game. Then, I get a message saying:
“You lost your connection to your opponent. We’ll check the match report to see who won and who lost.”
This happens in every online match, but I never receive a loss because of it. I want to clarify that the Middle East server is the best option in my region, and all of my friends who live near me are playing normally using the exact same settings and connection.
Please help me fix this issue. I have searched everywhere and tried many solutions but nothing worked.
