Substution Bug in FC 25
I can't replace any players on certain teams, whether in tournament mode, in-game, or pre-game; I'm unable to make substitutions.
I can attach documents if necessary. Need help asap,

- @berattg9 I think all consoles are having the same problem. I can't make any transfers and edit them in formation. If I do then it creates other bugs in the game. People have been reporting g it for weeks but it still hasn't been addressed. It should be an easy fix.

I have submitted around 30 error reports.
Guess they do t care as its not ultimate team
Can't play my league, games literally rendered useless Same here, we play league with my friends each week and since we can't make substitutions, we stopped playing it. If this will be the case then we will stop playing fc 25 completely. It is too frustrating to not see a change after a big patch.
how do we get our money back?
In PS5 career mode, it is only possible to sub players all at ONCE. When trying to sub players again, fc25 won’t let me go back to the game, it’s stuck in the menu. This happens no matter how many players were already exchanged, no matter if you have substitutions left. Only way to get out of the team management menu is to close FC25 completely and restart from last save.

- @berattg9 I just went back to last year's game. Rosters aren't updated but at least I can finish a game.
- @berattg9 unbelievably, saving career to a new slot appears to have resolved this for me, no idea why, but mine has stopped crashing now 🤷♂️
I just tried that, still broken for me. Did you delete the original save?
